For Veterans' Day, Wear your Flag Pin, Fly Your Flag!


As Pam Munoz Ryan states in her book The Flag We Love, our flag or a flag pin are symbols of:

"a promise for our future

and a reminder of where we've been"

There is still time, as well, to
visit a cemetery to pay respects to a Vet,
aid a deployed soldier (Nov 6 posting), or
visit a National Park for free (Nov 2 posting)
